It’s called what now? Located in the middle of Chinatown, fast-food meets traditional Japanese culture to create a rockabilly diner culture paying homage to the American influenced post-WWII Japan. Ichibuns is an anime-infused Japanese teahouse set over three floors, with a menu that includes wagyu beef burgers and fries (cooked in an open barbecue kitchen) followed by dumpling-styled mochi balls. It's quite unlike anything else in the area restaurant but works – Ichi-fun. By Zahra Tayeb
