Hidden behind a nondescript black door next to a busy bakery, this bar can be a challenge to get into: the bouncers are notorious for turning away guests who don’t look the part. But once inside – up a flight of tiny and steep stairs - cocktail lovers are treated with meticulously created tipples in an eclectic space designed with exposed bricks, chandeliers and a mirrored ceiling. Try the Stockholm Syndrome, which mixes Ketel 1 Vodka infused with cumin and dill and topped with pink Himalayan salt.
